Please note that if you need a new label design you must have submitted your requirements BEFORE YOU ORDER YOUR PUDDINGS. Please don't wait until you order. Send your images, text, whatever you want as soon as you can.
And please, please don't send tiny image files and expect them to look great on the label. If they look all pixelated and ragged when you enlarge them on your screen then that's how they'll look on the label. This is heartfelt, please check!
One new label design is free of charge. It is possible to have different designs for each type or size of pudding. If you do want different designs for different products then we charge £10 plus vat for each extra design. Sorry but we can't supply more than one label design per product, it's just far too complicated!

Our minimum order is £250. Orders over £350 have free delivery. We need your order to be placed 2-3 weeks before your requested delivery week. Apologies but we can't specify a definite day for delivery unless your order is sent on an overnight service. If you require this please call us to discuss the additional cost. To alleviate the pressure on the peak November delivery weeks we offer a 2.5% discount on orders delivered before the end of October.
Sorry, but we do not supply mixed or part cases.
After you submit your order you will be sent an order confirmation within 2 working days. Please check this carefully, this is a manual process for us, we are human beings and do sometimes make mistakes! You do not need to pay with order. We will send you an invoice when your puddings are dispatched. We ask you to pay this invoice within 14 days of receipt. Puddings are classified as food items and are zero rated for vat.
